Position overview

Blackpeak is hiring a Marketing Coordinator to be based in our Hong Kong office. The position will report to our Head of Marketing.

The position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth of the firm and to interact with colleagues in different offices around the world.

The main responsibilities are:

  • Handle company client relationship management (CRM) system: input data into the system, help maintain the data up-to-date, answer queries from the users and help improve the system.
  • Manage and maintain social media accounts, website and company intranet
  • Email marketing: formulate and execute newsletter campaigns within the CRM
  • Assist Head of Marketing with developing creative content
  • Assist in setting up booths for conferences and other corporate events
  • Update the company introductory materials
  • Liaise with vendors for printing and design of marketing materials
  • Handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Skills and Experience


  • University level education in Marketing and Communication
  • Previous relevant experience in Digital Marketing and CRM preferable but not necessary
  • Excellent knowledge of Internet and social media
  • Strong command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin, both oral & written
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) would be a plus
