IT Helpdesk/Support

Position Overview

Blackpeak is hiring an IT helpdesk/support to be based in our Hong Kong office.

The main responsibilities are:

  • Perform quality operations support, installation, maintenance and testing
  • Follow up and monitor open incidents
  • Maintain IT asset inventory
  • Provide documentation for systems and users
  • Mobile user support
  • Liaise with vendor
  • Carry out ad-hoc tasks

Skills and Experience

  • Knowledge in Office 365
  • Basic network troubleshooting and system administration
  • With experiences using/supporting MacOS will be advantage
  • With 1 year working experience in IT helpdesk is a plus
  • Well organized, self-motivated, independent
  • Good communication skills in English, Cantonese & Mandarin, both oral and written
  • Strong ethical standards and commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of clients and related information
  • Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
